This site, michaelstuartthompson.com, is run by Michael Stuart Thompson, an independent artist in Georgetown, Kentucky. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the collector list. It is stored with Mailchimp and used only to send collector emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Anything you send by email, such as questions about a piece, your name and your delivery address. It is used to answer you and complete your purchase.
• Payment details, if you buy a piece. Payments are handled by the payment provider (for example PayPal). We never see or store your full card or bank details. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you bought.
• Visit statistics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

Services that handle your information

Cloudflare hosts the site and receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads a page. Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Mailchimp stores the collector list. Your payment provider processes payments. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising cookies or ad tracking.

How long we keep it

Collector-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected].

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
