Orders and payments

For a question about a charge, a receipt, or a payment plan on an original $500 and up, email the address above with the name on the payment and the date.

Delivery

Mike delivers and hangs pieces for free in Georgetown and the surrounding area, including Lexington. Everywhere else, pieces ship insured and tracked, and you'll get the tracking details by email.

Returns and damage

You can return an original within 14 days of delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. The full details are in the Terms of Service.
